Sexuel harassement policy :
Sexual harassment by any member of the LBS community is a violation of the School’s policy as well as the law and will not be tolerated.
Sexual harassment is defined as unwanted advances, references, and propositions of a sexual nature, as well as requests for sexual favors, including all forms of in-person and online communication such as emails, social media, text messages, and sexting. Both men and women can be victims of sexual harassment, and it can occur when there is a power imbalance, for example, between teachers and students or between individuals of the same status at LBS.
Anyone who becomes aware of or has been a victim of sexual harassment must immediately report the matter to the Student Affairs office via email. We will advise the individual on the procedure for filing a complaint with LBS.
During the complaint investigation, LBS will strive to maintain the confidentiality of all parties involved but cannot guarantee this confidentiality. Following the investigation, perpetrators of sexual harassment will be subject to disciplinary measures, which may include a disciplinary warning or dismissal from the institution for students or termination or any other appropriate sanction for staff and faculty.
The Authentication Policy:
The identity verification policy for students applies to all courses or programs LBS offers. It begins with submitting original or notarized documents during the application process and continues until the student obtains their diploma, transfers, or withdraws from the institution. In order to ensure that the student enrolled in a course is indeed the one participating and receiving exams, LBS utilizes various methods of identity verification, such as:
- A secure login and authentication process
- Supervised exams.
